"This is an above average MB dealer/service area. Outstanding service advisor AND mechanic. I especially appreciated being taken to the shop and shown the problems and what could/was done to correct the issues. Although I am not a mechanic I purchase maintenance manuals and understand many of the details of the vehicle and insist on professional maintenance.  Not all MB dealers are worth the effort, as a newcomer to the area I expect to come back to this shop for maintenance on my and my wife's MB. Since this level of achievement does not happen by accident, thank you for working very hard to do a good job in an area not particularly known for hard work."
